Summer Love

This week marks the end of this semester and the beginning of summer vacation for me :) I couldn't be more excited for this summer! After a very long and stressful semester, I am ready to spend some time with this little guy!

 What a silly boy :)

Juggling online classes, with a toddler and a husband who works long hours, has been difficult! I am sure many other mom's out there know how I feel. 

However, everyday I look at how fortunate I am to be able to continue my education. Everyday I remind myself of my past so that I am grateful for my present. I also look forward to my future, so that I have hope and encouragement to keep trying my hardest because someday this will pay off. 

I'm going to make the most of this summer and the time I have with my boys. I hope everyone else does too!

I am also looking forward to many furniture refurnishing, crafts, new photographs and of course more blogging. So I hope everyone will stick around and check back for more updates :) For now I will share a few before and afters that I've accomplished this week so far. 

I went to a friends yard sale last weekend and she generously gave me a ton of stuff for just $2.00 :) I love getting things cheap! These are just two the the things I picked up and repainted.

I love this color! Can you believe I got it from Wal-mart on clearance for just $2.00!? I wish there was more than one cause it matches our living room perfect!
