Changes

It’s been 3 months since my last blog post and I can’t believe how much our lives have changed! In the last 3 months we have made some life-changing decisions. It took many conversations arguments, a lot of planning, and so much courage to make the decision to pack up our things, quit our only source of income, give up our apartment and move from Colorado back home to Wisconsin.

This has been another huge change for us. We were in the same predicament after leaving the Marine Corps in 2010. Which lead us to Colorado, but after a year there, we felt it was time to move on. The long working hours, high crime rates, and being away from those who we love most were not worth it. We were making more sacrifices by staying then we were by moving home. Which lead us to the final decision to move.

At this time we are still trying to figure things out. Our next steps can really affect which path in life we take. In the last month we have had many opportunities arise and it’s time for us to put our faith in Gods hands and let him direct us where we need to be. We are grateful to have family to depend on, at this time, and Ethan loves all the attention that comes along with it :)

During this time, I really feel like I need some sort of outlet. This is why I decided to share what is going on with our lives and start blogging again. It's crazy how fast life can change. There are moments in life that can really define your future. These moments are very stressful and nerve-wrecking. So as we go through these imperative times, it will be nice to have an outlet for some creativity; with fashion, photography, and crafts.

Because life can be so overwhelming sometimes, we need those little things to get us through.

Thank you for stopping by my blog! What a big change in deed! Trusting in God will make things easier! When you know it's His will it so much easier to do things, not always easy but easier :)
Good luck!!!
